Danielle Tischart, BScKIN, MScPT

Danielle graduated 2011 from York University with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology. She continued her education in Dublin, Ireland completing her Masters in Science in Physiotherapy in 2014 from the University College Dublin. Danielle combines a deep understanding of biomechanics and human anatomy with an evidence-based approach to create personalized treatment plans. Whether working with athletes to enhance performance or helping individuals manage stress and regain mobility and function, Danielle is committed to providing care that fosters long-term well-being. Drawing on the latest research, Danielle focuses on sustainable, practical solutions that help patients move, feel and live better.

 

Danielle has over 10 years experience treating orthopaedic and neuromuscular injuries, sport injuries, concussions, work and motor vehicle accident injuries as well as helping patients manage chronic pain.

 

Little Known Facts:

  • Danielle played provincial soccer as a teen giving her a strong foundation in teamwork, resilience and discipline

  • Danielle used to play the trumpet and the piano

Tanesha Miceli, BScKIN, MScPT

Tanesha holds an Honours Specialization Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from Western University, where she built a solid foundation in rehabilitative exercise and collaborative care. With three years of experience working as a kinesiologist, Tanesha expanded her expertise by pursuing a Master of Science in Physiotherapy from the University of Birmingham in the UK. Passionate about staying current with evidence-based practices, Tanesha is dedicated to offering holistic care to her clients. She views physiotherapy as a partnership, where therapist and client work together to achieve goals and promote a healthier, more fulfilling life.

 

With over 10 years in the rehabilitation field, Tanesha has treated a wide range of conditions, including chronic issues, concussions, sports injuries, orthopedic and neuromuscular injuries, and injuries from work or motor vehicle accidents. Tanesha is thrilled to continue her professional journey and serve the residents of Georgetown.

  • Played competitive softball, giving her many travel opportunities and fostering strong skills in teamwork  and leadership

Kaitlyn Galdes, BHSc, MScPT

Kaitlyn is a recent graduate of the Master of Science in Physiotherapy program at McMaster University, with an undergraduate background in Kinesiology and Health Promotion.


With a background in competitive dance, Kaitlyn developed a strong appreciation for movement, body awareness, and injury prevention which have shaped her approach to physiotherapy. She is committed to providing holistic, patient-centered care that considers not only physical health, but also lifestyle, goals, and overall well-being. Kaitlyn enjoys working collaboratively with patients to help them recover from injury, improve mobility, and optimize performance.


Her experience working as a physiotherapy assistant gave her early insight into the rehabilitation process and the importance of building trust and meaningful connections with patients. This foundation has influenced the way she practices today, reinforcing her commitment to clear communication, empathy, and meeting patients where they are in their rehab journey.


Outside of the clinic, Kaitlyn values staying active and promoting wellness in everyday life.

  • Grew up dancing & competing in a variety of different styles (mainly Jazz, Acro & Contemporary) and was in the Dance Program in a Regional Arts Program high school

Theo Parusis, Registered Massage Therapist

Theo is a highly experienced Registered Massage Therapist who graduated from the Sutherland-Chan Teaching School of Massage Therapy in 1998. With over 25 years of practice, he is dedicated to helping clients restore and maintain function in all aspects of life—whether at work, during play, or at rest.

 

His treatments are both therapeutic and relaxing, blending deep tissue and targeted techniques with soothing approaches to address pain, injuries, and stress. Theo has extensive experience working with back and neck pain, sciatica, work-related tension, headaches, repetitive strain injuries, chronic stress, and a wide range of other conditions. His skillset includes Swedish massage, deep tissue therapy, trigger point release, joint mobilizations, and hydrotherapy. He also incorporates customized home care programs, including stretching, to support ongoing progress between treatments.

Beyond his clinical work, Theo has over 10 years of experience in multidisciplinary healthcare environments and has taught Massage Therapy for more than 2 years, including managing a student clinic. He has worked on-site at 7 different government ministries doing in chair massage therapy for 13 yrs.  

 

He has also contributed to the profession through 7 years of service with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario, where he served as a Peer Assessor in Quality Assurance, and as a member of both the Inquiries, Complaints and Reports Committee (ICRC) and the Discipline Committee.

 

Little Known Facts: 

  • Theo has a love and passion for cooking and finds it meditative and grounding

  • Plays competitive softball and swims as much as possible to keep healthy and fit

Luca Del Rizzo, Registered Massage Therapist

Luca is a Registered Massage Therapist who graduated from Humber College’s Massage Therapy Program in 2022. He also holds a Level 1 certification in Fascial Stretch Therapy.

 

With years of experience treating diverse populations and a background in competitive hockey, Luca has a deep understanding of sports-related injuries and the importance of an active lifestyle in preventing aches and injuries. He specializes in deep tissue and Swedish massage, providing personalized treatments tailored to each client’s goals and needs. Luca also incorporates home-care exercises and stretches to support recovery and everyday movement.

 

His mission is simple: to help clients relieve pain, reduce stress, and feel their best, both in their daily lives and in their athletic pursuits.

 

Little Known Facts: 

  • Luca has been a hockey goalie since he was 5, played junior hockey and now plays pro inline

  • Luca has a goal to run a marathon!

  • He loves travelling and taking walks with his dog Dexter

  • Enjoys the outdoors, as well as fishing, hiking and being up at the cottage
